An innovative law firm seeks an In-House Recruiter to play a hands-on role with all facets of talent acquisition for attorneys and staff. The person in this role will be responsible for conducting phone interviews with applicants, organizing interviews, and facilitating the offer process, as well as preparing all relevant communications and correspondence. This position will involve researching current openings, tracking placement and hiring metrics, and implementing process improvements. In addition, the Recruiter will assist with organizing onboarding and integration efforts for new employees.
The firm seeks a recruitment professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of full cycle recruiting experience (can be based in NY or LA). He or must have advanced knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking databases. The qualified applicant will demonstrate highly effective communication, organizational, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work as a team player. He or she must also be flexible to travel and/or work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
