Position Description:

A nationally renowned law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal (Case Administrator) to support cases with a focus on labor and employment. The person in this role will assist with all facets of trial preparation, including conducting legal research and managing active cases. This position will involve organizing and preparing pleadings as well as drafting, proofreading, and formatting litigation documents and correspondence. In addition, the Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for managing electronic discovery, cite checking documents, and conducting filings with state and federal agencies.

Position Requirements:

The firm seeks a candidate with at least three years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Strong Microsoft Office skills are imperative along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. He or she should be proficient with cite checking and have prior experience with trial preparation. Additionally, it is important for the candidate to be able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
