A multi-service law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to manage cases from inception to completion while organizing case materials, including discovery-related documents. This position will involve cite checking and Bluebooking briefs, pleadings, and motions along with generating privilege logs. In addition, the Senior Paralegal will be responsible for creating and maintaining case files as well as drafting, proofreading, and editing a variety of documents. The position requires someone with a strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills to interact well with attorneys and firm staff.
The firm requests a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience working within the Litigation Practice of an established firm. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage cases, and candidates must have a keen knowledge of the electronic discovery process. The Paralegal must have advanced proficiency cite-checking briefs, and trial or arbitration experience is required.
