A prominent and prestigious law firm is presently seeking an Attorney Recruiting & Development Manager for the New York office. The Manager will be responsible for all components of the New York office’s recruiting and development needs, including lateral hiring, summer associate programming, and managing relationships with law schools and external agencies. Other responsibilities will include overseeing on-campus interview processes, offering hiring recommendations, and serving as a resource regarding training and professional development initiatives. In addition, this role will involve managing several other team members, monitoring recruiting trends, and contributing to orientation procedures.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in attorney recruiting; previous in a managerial role is required. The Recruiting & PD Manager will have superior communication skills, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to work in a team capacity. Key skills will include project management and a strong attention to detail.
