Position Description:

A highly successful law firm is searching for an entry-level candidate who is interested in working with attorneys and paralegals in the firm’s Corporate Practice. This fast-paced position will involve administrative tasks such as managing calendars, arranging travel, and organizing conferences, meetings, and other appointments. He or she will also have the opportunity to learn about legal matters and corporate transactions by proofreading legal documents, conducting research, and reviewing files for accuracy and completion.

Position Requirements:

The qualified candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and previous internship or professional experience in the legal industry. A strong sense of confidentiality is necessary, and the person in this role must have the ability to prioritize many tasks at once. The preferred applicant will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent communication skills, and be deadline-oriented.
