The Legal Recruiting team for a New York law firm seeks a Legal Talent Coordinator with at least two years of related experience. The person in this role will have the opportunity to be involved in both entry-level and lateral attorney recruitment, including reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding and integration efforts. The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for handling on-campus interview processes, supporting the execution of the Summer Associate Program, and meeting with applicants, as well as gathering feedback from interviewers and candidates. Most importantly, this individual will identify opportunities to promote the firm and enhance the firm’s talent acquisition efforts.
In addition to two years of related experience, the qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. The Talent Coordinator must be a team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidential information. In addition, the firm seeks an enthusiastic professional who can represent the firm and communicate effectively at all levels.
