Position Description:

A dynamic law firm seeks a Legal Assistant to support several attorneys in the Corporate Department by managing a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks. The candidate’s responsibilities will include creating and proofreading complex legal documents and coordinating billing matters. Furthermore, the Legal Assistant will arrange travel itineraries, process reimbursements, and maintain files. He or she will also communicate with clients, answer incoming calls, and coordinating meetings and other appointments.

Position Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least six months of work experience. The firm is seeking someone who displays an exceptional level of professionalism and ensures that the highest level of ethical standards is practiced. A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, along with tactful communication skills. The Legal Assistant should be proactive, polished, and professional with a close attention to detail.
