An elite international law firm seeks a Business Development Manager to join the Washington, DC office. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing, communications, and business development programs for subpractices within litigation. This dynamic position will involve conducting client and industry research, contributing to targeted marketing campaigns, and managing submissions to ranking publications, as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, the person in this role will be responsible for training Business Development Specialists on a variety of topics, including drafting pitches and proposals, updating practice group content, and event management.
The firm seeks a marketing professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant marketing and business development experience. Qualified applicants will have demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive work ethic. The Business Development Manager must be able to provide high-quality work under pressure while remaining professional. Strong technical abilities and knowledge of client relationship databases and tools are preferred.
Annual Salary (US$): 151K-160K /annual
