An innovative law firm seeks an HRIS & Compensation Manager who can play a leadership role within the Human Resources Department. This strategic role will involve overseeing the annual compensation process by preparing compensation models, analyzing compensation survey responses, and administering salary increases. The Manager will be responsible for directing the position description review process, setting firm objectives regarding the position classification system, and analyzing market trends and changes. This person will also have the opportunity to enhance the firm’s HRIS functionality and HR technology services while developing reports that are utilized by firm leadership.
The firm seeks an HR professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of legal experience as well as expert-level knowledge of compensation administration. The qualified applicant will be knowledgeable in federal and state employment laws with the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. The Manager must demonstrate highly effectively interpersonal, project management, and analytical thinking skills, as well as adaptability to changing demands. A CCP designation is preferred but not required.
Annual Salary (US$): 151K-160K /annual
