Position Description:

A prominent law firm seeks a Conflicts Analyst to support the firm’s risk management activities and ensure that new business does not interfere with the firm’s other ongoing legal matters. The Conflicts Analyst will be responsible for administering the firm’s conflicts clearance process, generating search queries, and creating precise reports based on prior and present party relationships. Along with maintaining the conflicts database, the candidate will also conduct research regarding party relationships and perform quality control of client-related data. The Conflicts Analyst will also be responsible for responding to requests from attorneys and other internal personnel and providing regular updates regarding ongoing conflicts clearance procedures.

Required Skills:

The Conflicts Analyst must be deadline-oriented with effective communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is required as well as three or more years of legal and/or conflict of interest experience in a large law firm setting. The qualified candidate will possess superior research and writing skills with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the Conflicts Analyst must have experience with conflict management software and various research databases.

Annual Salary (US$): 75K-80K /annual
