Position Description:

A highly successful law firm seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys with the management of corporate transactions. This individual will be responsible for maintaining corporate records, drafting resolutions, and preparing client files as related to incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, amendments, and continuances. This position will involve preparing and reviewing documents, updating minute books and closing binders, and conducting UCC searches. He or she will also attend closings, organize closing agendas, and handle any follow-up action items.

Required Skills:

A Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate and a minimum of two years of paralegal experience are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, the ability to effectively resolve problems, and a team-oriented attitude. Experience with EDGAR, UCC, and Article 9 filing experience is preferred but not required.

Annual Salary (US$): 65K-70K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
