A leading global law firm seeks a Lateral Recruiting Manager to play a hands-on role regarding the successful acquisition of lateral associates. This position will report to the Director of Lateral Recruitment, and will involve communicating regularly with practice leaders to determine the firm’s hiring needs as well as determining recruitment strategies. The Manager will be responsible for communicating regularly with search firms and potential candidates, reviewing incoming resumes, and scheduling interviews, as well as gathering evaluations and feedback. This person will also be tasked with preparing offer letters, distributing new hire paperwork, and tracking recruitment statistics, in addition to advising on best practices and industry trends.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of legal recruiting experience, as well as highly effective communication, writing, and organizational skills. The team seeks an enthusiastic and proactive professional who can work well with limited supervision, successfully represent the firm, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. He or she should also be knowledgeable in legal recruiting best practices.
Annual Salary (US$): 121K-130K /annual
