A global law firm seeks a Help Desk Analyst who can provide exceptional technical support to attorneys and staff within the New York office. This person will be responsible for responding to inquiries over the phone or in-person, tracking all incidents and service requests, and documenting resolutions to frequently occurring issues. He or she will be tasked with developing expert-level knowledge of the firm’s systems, processes, and applications, as well as adhering to established protocols and policies. This position will also involve contributing to the departmental knowledgebase, troubleshooting devices, and testing out new technology.
The successful candidate will at least four years of experience in an IT support position in a law firm or similar setting. He or she must be well-versed in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Citrix virtual desktop. This individual must also demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as working knowledge of desktops, smart devices, and audiovisual technology.
