Position Description:

A work-life balance friendly law firm seeks a Managing Clerk with proven proficiency in e-filing processes and advanced knowledge in FRCP and FRAP. The person in this role will assist with all facets of the firm’s litigation procedures which include serving as a subject matter professional to attorneys and staff. This role will involve e-filing court documents and reviewing court documents as requested. Additionally, the Managing Clerk will be responsible for examining and evaluating complex procedural topics, calendaring upcoming deadlines, and conducting research.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a candidate with at least five years of experience as a Managing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. He or she should be skilled in legal researching and analysis. Additionally, it is vital that the candidate can work well independently and with others in a large team.

Annual Salary (US$): 85K-90K /annual
