Position Description:

A law firm with over 2,000 employees worldwide seeks a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the New York office. This position is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in legal marketing with opportunities for growth and professional development. The person in this role will contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives, including content creation, thought leadership, and awards submissions. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for drafting and editing marketing materials, updating the firm’s website and social media platforms, and tracking client alerts, as well as preparing communications to clients and other external parties.

Required Skills:

To qualify for this position, an applicant must have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of marketing and/or communications experience. The team seeks a self-starter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment. Additional attributes that would contribute to this person’s success include proficiency with a variety of marketing platforms, adaptability to changing demands, and a strong attention to detail.
