Position Description:

An international law firm seeks a Practice Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of the Litigation Department. This person will support the professional development of the attorneys by recommending training opportunities, providing coaching and mentoring, and identifying ways to enhance departmental processes. The Practice Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the business development team to spearhead new marketing initiatives, coordinate submissions to rankings publications, and enhance the practice’s position in the global market. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with determining staffing assignment for associates, monitoring productivity and utilization, and assisting with the performance review process. Overall, the Practice Manager will serve as a terrific resource to the attorneys in order to further their success.

The firm seeks an experienced litigator with a keen interest in professional development, business development, and practice management. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different personalities and working styles. The Practice Manager must be a team player who can exercise strong judgement, discretion, and initiative when presented with new challenges.

Annual Salary (US$): 191K-200K /annual
Required Education: Doctorate
