A global law firm seeks a Recruiting Manager to direct summer and lateral associate hiring efforts for the New York office. In collaboration with firm leadership, the Recruiting Manager will determine talent acquisition strategies, coordinate all facets of the interview process, and manage communications with applicants, including the extension of offers. This position will involve organizing the summer associate program, ensuring the onboarding and integration of new hires, and planning a variety of events. The person in this role will also identify ways to enhance future success, communicate regularly with professionals from law schools and recruitment firms, and supervise the NY Recruiting Coordinator.
The team seeks a proactive recruitment professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of attorney recruiting experience. The candidate selected for this opportunity will demonstrate the ability to effectively market the firm, a team-oriented approach, and highly effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Recruiting Manager must be able to interact professionally with attorneys, prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, and delegate assignments effectively. Some travel and overtime work will be required.
Annual Salary (US$): 141K-150K /annual
