Position Description:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys within all pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities. This exciting, hands-on role will allow the Litigation Paralegal to work very independently on case development and management. He or she will organize pleadings, manage document production, and prepare trial exhibits. The person in this position will maintain litigation support databases, cite-check briefs, organize witness files and provide direct assistance during trials.

Required Skills:

The successful Litigation Paralegal will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of paralegal experience. He or she should be a proactive, self-starter, with a developed knowledge of court rules and procedures. This individual must be proficient with legal research databases as well as litigation support technology such as Summation, Concordance, or Relativity.

Annual Salary (US$): 65K-70K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
