Position Description:

A dynamic law firm is presently seeking a Collections Coordinator to assist a group of lawyers and clients with ensuring the firm’s accounts receivable are collected and processed in a timely manner. The Collections Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring outstanding bills, alerting attorneys or management of any unpaid balances, and proactively resolving any issues that arise. A significant component of this position will be providing exceptional client service, with a strong emphasis on timely communication. Moreover, the position will involve overseeing payment plans, resolving billing matters, and contacting clients directly.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have a degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience is required in a professional services environment, along with experience in Elite Enterprise and ARCS or another collections software. The Collections Coordinator should also have a strong background using Excel and superior communication skills.

Annual Salary (US$): 60K-65K /annual
