Position Description:

An innovative law firm seeks a Due Diligence Attorney to join the thriving Real Estate Practice; this can be located in any firm location, with a preference for Atlanta. This exciting opportunity will involve performing due diligence review for financing as well as purchase and sales transactions. The Due Diligence Attorney will be responsible for reviewing title and survey commitments, property surveys, and zoning reports, and preparing title objections and/or escrow instruction letters. This individual will also be tasked with liaising between the firm and external title companies in addition to coordinating matters with various deal teams.

Required Skills:

This position requires a JD, active bar admission, and at least two years of real estate experience. The qualified applicant will have highly effective research, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions while exercising strong judgement. The Due Diligence Attorney should also have expert knowledge of title matters, and flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the position.

Annual Salary (US$): 101K-110K /annual
Required Education: Doctorate
