Position Description:

An international law firm seeks a Paralegal to work with attorneys and other professionals in the Private Investment Funds Practice. This position will involve creating fund entities, drafting legal documents and Form Ds, and conducting extensive legal research, including Blue Sky and AML. The Paralegal will be responsible for organizing materials for the closing of funds, maintaining investment spreadsheets, and distributing investor mailings, as well as generating FINRA submissions. He or she will also assist with legal processes related to limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and the formation and dissolution of corporations.

Required Skills:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of transactional paralegal experience. The qualified applicant will be familiar with investment fund practices and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The qualified Paralegal will also demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
