A global law firm seeks a Recruiting & Development Specialist to lead Lateral Associate and Summer Associate hiring initiatives in the firm’s New York office. The person in this role will contribute to all non-Partner lateral hiring, including identifying practice needs, directing successful talent acquisition efforts, and assisting with onboarding and integration. Additionally, the Specialist will coordinating on-campus interview processes, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters, in addition to assigning mentors, planning social events, and gathering applicant feedback. He or she will also be tasked with developing relationships with law schools and search firms as well as conducting related research and analysis.
The firm requests a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in legal recruiting. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, GlassDoor, and Indeed. Superior organizational skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships are essential. Additionally, candidates must present highly effective communication, project management, and client services abilities.
Annual Salary (US$): 95K-100K /annual
