A multi-service law firm is seeking a Manager of Professional Development & Legal Recruiting for the Los Angeles office. This dynamic position will involve ensuring that talent acquisition and professional development efforts are properly executed across several firm locations. Responsibilities include sourcing potential lateral talent, managing on-boarding policies, organizing the mentorship program, and conducting performance reviews. The Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the departmental budget, planning events and seminars, and ensuring the success of all professional development programs.
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in a law firm setting. The candidate must possess a self-starter attitude and be able to make logical judgement calls consistent with the firm’s practices. Along with project management expertise, he or she must also express highly developed writing, editing, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, the Manager will need to be a strong leader who can supervise a team of professionals.
Annual Salary (US$): 121K-130K /annual
