Position Description:

An international law firm seeks an IP Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys within the New York office. This position will involve all facets of case management, such as maintaining case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and updating the docket of upcoming deadlines. The team seeks a proactive individual who can manage e-discovery and document review projects, prepare and cite check briefs, and generate TOA and TOC. The IP Paralegal will also be tasked with indexing case documents, preparing for depositions and trials, and attending trials as requested by the attorneys.

Required Skills:

In addition to 4+ years of relevant experience, the qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of court filing procedures, and strong research capabilities. The firm seeks a proactive individual with highly effective technical, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The IP Litigation Paralegal must be flexible to work overtime or travel as needed to meet the demands of the position.

Annual Salary (US$): 90K-95K /annual
