Position Description:

An international law firm seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to work closely with the Director of the department on all facets of compensation determination for attorneys and staff. This analytical position will involve conducting salary surveys, contributing to review, merit, and bonus processes, and creating financial models. This person will be responsible for tracking budgets and expenses, researching benchmark salary information, and ensuring the integrity of data in the firm’s HRIS system, in addition to inputting and auditing financial data. He or she will also draft compensation letters, generate spreadsheets and reports, and assist with performance evaluation procedures.

Required Skills:

The Director seeks a financial analysis professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience in a professional services setting. To qualify for this position, a candidate must have advanced proficiency with Excel, familiarity with HRIS systems, and exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills. He or she should be able to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced setting while applying a strong attention to detail. Flexibility to work overtime to meet the demands of the role is also required.
