Position Description:

A terrific law firm seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join the HR team. The person in this role will be responsible for contributing to all facets of human resources, including the administration of payroll and benefits for the firm’s attorneys and staff. This position will involve preparing and processing semi-monthly payroll, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and maintaining confidential records. He or she will be tasked with explaining benefits options to employees, coordinating services with vendors, and monitoring changes in employment status. The HR Coordinator will also research changes in state and federal regulations and respond to inquiries from attorneys or staff.

Required Skills:

The firm requests an HR professional with three or more years of related experience. The qualified candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as ADP WorkForce Now. He or she must also have superior customer service skills to patiently and effectively address any concerns from employees.
