An internationally recognized law firm seeks a Systems Support Specialist to provide a high level of client service to attorneys and staff in the New York office. In collaboration with the IT Supervisor, this position will involve resolving hardware and software issues over the phone and in-person, in addition to documenting procedures, tracking outstanding tickets, and escalating problems as necessary. Further responsibilities will include gathering feedback from users, providing training to new employees, and participating in rollouts, upgrades, and other technical projects. He or she will also assist with A/V setup and remote connectivity matters.
The firm seeks an IT professional with at least one year of help desk experience in a law firm or similar setting, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications. The team seeks a proactive, enthusiastic professional with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate professionally with end-users. He or she must also be able to effectively manage concurrent projects, and a calm temperament is critical to the success of the person in this role.
Annual Salary (US$): 55K-60K /annual
