A prominent law firm seeks a Legal Recruiting Manager to play a leadership role regarding the firm’s associate recruiting processes. This position will involve determining the firm’s on-campus recruiting strategies, establishing relationships with law school representatives, and successfully marketing the firm to potential candidates. In addition, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing junior team members, planning a variety of events and sponsorships, and directing interview processes, as well as extending offers and gathering related feedback. Further responsibilities include designing various aspects of the Summer Associate Program, researching recruitment trends, and analyzing statistics to enhance future outcomes.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of legal recruiting experience. The firm seeks an outgoing professional with strong leadership, management, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide mentorship to other team members. The successful applicant will be able to establish relationships with professionals at all levels, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment is critical to the success of this individual. Flexible to travel and work overtime is also required.
