Position Description:

A leading international law firm seeks a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator to assist with organizing recruiting events and executing firm-wide attorney development initiatives. This position will involve coordinating interview activities, organizing summer program training and work assignments, and overseeing performance management processes. The Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator will also contribute to onboarding and integrating new attorneys into the firm’s culture.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a candidate with at least two years of attorney recruiting or human resources experience, as well as a passion for planning events and educational programs. The qualified applicant will also have a professional and outgoing demeanor, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Annual Salary (US$): 55K-60K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
