A terrific law firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team and provide detailed and high-level secretarial as well as administrative support. This role consists of coordinating and maintaining effective office procedures and efficient work flow, complying with policies and procedures set by the firm, and establishing harmonious working relationships. The Administrative Assistant will work effectively with the secretarial and administrative team to mentor new employees, share knowledge and best practices, and provide assistance with ongoing firm matters.
The firm requests a candidate with at least three years of administrative experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate work. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and has the adaptability to take on multiple projects.
Annual Salary (US$): 65K-70K /annual
