Position Description:

A team-oriented law firm seeks a Training and Development Specialist to provide technology training across all firm applications. Working with HR, the Trainer will determine firm standards related to technology and then design training course materials. He or she will deliver training in a variety of manners, including in-person sessions and online webinars. In addition, the role involves participation in beta and pilot programs such as testing new software, contacting testing users, and assisting with handheld device service. The Specialist will also collect feedback to be used for improving future training initiatives.

Required Skills:

The firm prefers a candidate with a minimum of five years of training experience in a professional services or law firm environment. The candidate must have experience in curriculum design and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2013. Preferred candidates will have experience with iManage Filesite and Citrix Virtual Desktop. Importantly, candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and patience to effectively train and communicate with end-users.

Annual Salary (US$): 95K-100K /annual
