Position Description:

A forward-thinking law firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks a Director of Staff Recruitment to oversee the successful acquisition and retention of qualified professionals. The person in this role will work cross-functionally with department leaders to identify hiring needs, determine recruitment strategies, and carry out successful recruitment practices. This position will involve coaching managers and other members of the recruitment team on interviewing techniques as well as analyzing trends to improve the firm’s efforts. In addition, the Director will provide guidance to firm leadership on growth opportunities and methods of streamlining and enhancing the firm’s recruitment practices.

Required Skills:

The qualified Director of Staff Recruitment will have at least eight years of experience in global talent acquisition, highly developed knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and strong leadership abilities. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, as well the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also be a self-motivated professional with the ability to effectively anticipate the firm’s business needs.

Annual Salary (US$): 181K-190K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
