Position Location: New York, New York
This role will involve determining assignments for new Associates, contributing to performance evaluation procedures, and working with individual attorneys to determine short- and long-term goals. The Talent Development Manager will also support the professional development of attorneys by implementing training programs, coordinating events and panel discussions, and identifying ways to further enhance the performance of the attorneys.
This role requires a J.D. and at least five years of experience practicing law with a focus on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate highly effective communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and strategically. This role also requires flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the position.
