Position Description:

A boutique law firm seeks a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the firm’s global recruiting and hiring efforts. This exciting role will involve sourcing candidates, onboarding new hires, and maintaining the firm’s applicant tracking database. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will organize interview schedules, draft offer letters, and maintain communication with search firms. In addition, he or she will have the opportunity to assist with the organization of the firm’s international lawyers program and participate in recruitment committee meetings.

Required Skills:

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree, an interest in legal recruiting, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. He or she should also demonstrate a proactive work ethic as well as excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Annual Salary (US$): 50K-55K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
