Position Description:

An exceptional law firm seeks a Senior Manager of Attorney Recruitment to play a strategic role in all facets of lateral attorney acquisition. This position will involve collaborating with practice leaders to determine the firm’s recruiting needs, coordinating interviews and callbacks, and extending offers to select candidates. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with search firms, representing the firm at industry events, and identifying ways to enhance the firm’s practices. In addition, the Senior Manager will be tasked with supervising and mentoring other members of the global recruitment team.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a legal recruiting professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience in a law firm setting. The qualified applicant will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an exceptional work ethic and detail-oriented approach. The Senior Manager must be a terrific leader who can think strategically and develop relationships with key internal and external parties.

Annual Salary (US$): 161K-170K /annual
