Position Description:

An outstanding law firm located in Downtown Manhattan seeks a Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Recruiting to lead firm-wide talent acquisition at the Partner level. The person in this role will collaborate with the Director of Legal Personnel and Practice Leaders to determine hiring needs, recommend recruitment strategies, and discuss industry trends. This position will involve managing all aspects of the recruitment process from initial contact through the offer stage, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with search firms. In addition, the Senior Manager will oversee onboarding and integration efforts, while also contributing to diversity and professional development needs.

Required Skills:

The qualified Senior Manager will have at least seven years of experience handling Lateral Partner recruiting efforts in a law firm. The firm seeks an individual with highly effective communication, relationship building, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to apply a strategic and detail-oriented approach. This individual must be able to work well independently, exercise strong judgement, and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility to travel to other firm locations as needed is also required.

Annual Salary (US$): 191K-200K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
