A leading law firm with a strong presence across North America seeks an experienced Desktop Support Specialist for the New York office. This position will involve providing exceptional technical support to attorneys and staff, including troubleshooting programs, logging causes and resolutions, and monitoring ongoing issues. The person in this role will recommend new products or upgrades, conduct training on new applications, and track the firm’s inventory. This individual will also be tasked with implementing policies, documenting procedures, and creating reference guides.
The person selected for this opportunity will have at least five years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services environment. He or she will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and exceptional technical proficiencies. This individual must also be able to work well under pressure and work well with others.
Annual Salary (US$): 80K-85K /annual
