A progressive law firm seeks a qualified HR Business Partner to become a Manager of Talent Management for the New York office. This firm-wide role will have a specific focus on employee relations, and will involve advising on matters related to recruiting, diversity, career coaching, professional development, and organizational strategies. The person in this position will be tasked with promoting firm growth, analyzing the firm’s business needs, and engaging individuals at all levels. He or she will also contribute to projects and initiatives related to workforce analytics, best practices, and compensation and benefits.
The firm requests a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least seven years of HR experience with a specific focus on employee relations. He or she will have exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative approach to human resources, and the ability to maintain confidential information. Additional qualifications include highly developed negotiation, change management, and communication abilities.
Annual Salary (US$): 121K-130K /annual
