Position Description:

A dynamic law firm in Princeton, New Jersey is seeking a Legal Secretary with experience supporting attorneys in a Corporate Department. This position will involve tracking the attorneys’ billable hours, creating travel arrangements, and maintaining a complex calendar of appointments. Furthermore, the Legal Secretary will be required to draft and edit legal documents with a precise attention to detail. This individual must possess excellent communication skills along with a sense of confidentiality in order to communicate with clients and other external parties.

Required Skills:

The qualified applicant will have at least four years of experience as a Legal Secretary with familiarity with corporate transactions. The preferred candidate will be able to provide exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite with flawless editing and drafting skills. Preference will be given to candidates who are enthusiastic, punctual, and professional.

Annual Salary (US$): 75K-80K /annual
