Position Description:

A highly ranked law firm seeks a Docket Clerk to provide assistance in the Managing Attorney’s Office. This position will involve inputting legal documents and images into the firm’s docketing database, determining upcoming deadlines, and responding to inquiries from attorneys regarding procedural matters. This individual will also be responsible for conducting research on changes in state or federal regulations, coordinating services with the courts, and serving papers in-person or online.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least two years of similar experience, and familiarity with a docketing database such as MA3000 or CourtAlert. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidential information. He or she must be effective at prioritizing assignments and adapting to changing demands.

Annual Salary (US$): 60K-65K /annual
