Position Description:

A nationally prominent law firm is seeking several Administrative Assistants to join the expanding Healthcare practice and provide support to consultants and lawyers in the New York office. These roles will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, as well as assisting with the planning and execution of events and sponsorships. The Administrative Assistants will be responsible for managing expense reimbursements, reconciling monthly billing statements, and responding to inquiries and correspondence from clients or other external parties. In addition, these positions requires strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and candidates should be open to learning new software programs.

Required Skills:

The firm requests that applicants have two or more years of experience supporting several professionals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to multitask effectively and communicate with others in a professional manner. Additionally, applicants should be proficient in their writing and research abilities and be a self-starter. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and an interest in the field of Healthcare are highly preferred, and knowledge of legal billing software is a plus.

Annual Salary (US$): 60K-65K /annual
