Position Description:

A team-oriented law firm seeks a Marketing Technology Coordinator with strong technology skills to join the New York office. This position will involve maintaining the firm’s CRM, proposal, and email marketing systems, as well as contributing to general marketing and business development initiatives. The Marketing Technology Coordinator will be responsible for generating marketing analytics, analyzing competitive intelligence, and troubleshooting technical issues, in addition to recommending new marketing technology or upgrades when necessary. He or she will also be tasked with distributing email messages to clients, updating content on the firm’s website and social media platforms, and identifying potential marketing leads.

Required Skills:

The qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of legal marketing experience. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate a strong grasp of marketing technology, including InterAction, ContactNet, and email distribution platforms, with the ability to provide training to other staff members. He or she must also have a proactive work ethic, strong communication and project management skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Annual Salary (US$): 55K-60K /annual
