A global law firm seeks a qualified Data Analyst to handle a variety of statistical and programming focused projects. Working directly with senior leaders, this position will involve analyzing recruitment and diversity data to aid in key decision-making. Responsibilities will include conducting industry research, gathering competitive intelligence, and maintaining knowledge of best practices, as well as extracting and managing intricate datasets. The person in this role must be able to articulate complex quantitative data in a user-friendly way, with the ability to quickly resolve any issues that arise.
The firm seeks a candidate with a BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, as well as three years of related experience in a data analysis role; prior experience in HR business intelligence is preferred. The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency using a variety of reporting tools and databases, including SQL Developer, SharePoint, and Business Objects, as well as scripting languages. He or she must also be able to develop data standards and metrics for reporting.
Annual Salary (US$): 65K-70K /annual
