Position Description:

An international law firm seeks a Senior Events Coordinator to support the marketing and business development team with the planning of client events, seminars, and Partners’ retreats. Responsibilities include creating budgets and timelines, researching local and international venues, and cultivating relationships with vendors. This position will involve utilizing marketing systems to create and organize materials, including invitations, handouts, signage, and gifts, as well as tracking attendance, deadlines, and deliverables. The Senior Events Coordinator will also work with on-site personnel and the catering team regarding menu selection, entertainment, and layout.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of corporate event planning experience. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to exercise strong communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion when interacting with attorneys and clients. The person in this role must be available to work overtime, evenings, and on weekends as needed, and some domestic and international travel will occasionally be required.

Annual Salary (US$): 60K-65K /annual
