Position Description:

A terrific, international law firm seeks an Executive Assistant to work with the firm’s Managing Partner, who also practices within the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support by managing calendars, processing conflicts checks for new clients, and coordinating logistics for upcoming meetings. This role will involve serving as a trusted gatekeeper by screening incoming calls, taking details messages, and drafting correspondence. The Executive Assistant will also be tasked with tracking agreements, preparing legal documents, and monitoring the attorney’s billable hours.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a detail-oriented individual with at least six years of related experience, as well as familiarity with trusts and estates matters. The qualified applicant will have terrific written and verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate the attorney’s needs. The successful candidate will also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other legal applications.

Annual Salary (US$): 80K-85K /annual
