Position Description:

A team-oriented law firm seeks a Technical Support Supervisor to assist with the management of all IT operations for the New York office. This hands-on position will involve effectively resolving any technical issues that arise, implementing software and hardware upgrades, and identifying ways to enhance systems and processes. The person in this role will be tasked with maintaining knowledge of IT best practices, recommending and purchasing new equipment, and providing leadership during projects and emergency situations. The Technical Support Supervisor will also be tasked with training new users, escalating concerns to firm leadership as necessary, and delegating assignments to the IT staff.

Required Skills:

The successful IT Supervisor will have at least six years of IT experience in a legal setting and previous experience in a senior-level or supervisory capacity. The qualified applicant will have advanced knowledge of legal and business software applications as well as a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications. In addition, he or she should have strong communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a staff.

Annual Salary (US$): 85K-90K /annual
