Position Description:

An outstanding law firm in New Jersey seeks a Facilities Director to oversee the firm’s facilities and office services functions. This position will involve working with building services and outside contractors on the maintenance of the office space and completion of construction projects. The person in this role will be responsible for supervising a team of professionals, responding to daily requests from attorneys and staff, and handling any internal moves or changes. In addition, the Facilities Director will develop and implement security procedures and business continuity plans.

Required Skills:

The qualified Director of Facilities will have at least seven years of relevant experience as well as exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. He or she should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to effectively resolve problems, and a proactive work ethic. This person must be flexible to travel and respond to emergencies outside of standard business hours as needed.

Annual Salary (US$): 141K-150K /annual
