An outstanding, international law firm seeks a Facilities Manager for the Midtown Manhattan office. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the person in this position will have oversight of all aspects of the office premises, the business continuity plan, and all interactions with the property management office. Additional responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for facility-related crisis management, handling internal office moves or renovations, and directing related supplies, services, and staff members. The firm seeks a candidate with a proven track record of leadership with regard to building security, process enhancement, and the resolution of office services issues.
The firm seeks a facilities management professional with at least seven years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or other professional certifications, a proactive approach, and highly effective management abilities. The qualified individual will be well-versed in business continuity planning and emergency preparedness with the ability to apply discretion and a composed demeanor during crisis situations.
Annual Salary (US$): 151K-160K /annual
