A prestigious international law firm seeks an Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator to contribute to attorney recruiting, orientation, diversity, and professional development initiatives. The person in this position will assist with planning the Summer Associate Program, maintaining an updated recruiting database and coordinating events. He or she will actively participate in brainstorming sessions, refresh the department’s website pages, and coordinate in-house and on-campus interviews.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of recruiting experience within a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to effectively network. He or she should be highly organized in project management and have working knowledge of recruiting databases and Microsoft Office.
Annual Salary (US$): 60K-65K /annual
