Position Description:

The legal department of a leading human rights organization seeks a Recruiter to contribute to the successful acquisition of attorneys and other professional staff. Key responsibilities of this role include supporting the entire recruitment process from start to finish, organizing and drafting position descriptions, and guiding candidates through the interview process. This exciting role will also involve developing new recruiting strategies, assisting with onboarding new hires, and enhancing the organization’s outreach through online recruiting platforms.

Required Skills:

The recruiting team seeks a candidate with at least one year of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law firm or legal setting as well as strong project management and communication skills. The Recruiter must also demonstrate an outgoing nature, a proactive approach, and the ability to apply sound judgement and discretion.

Annual Salary (US$): 55K-60K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
